THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to develop formalized training of private home child care workers in adult continuing education courses at Ontario high schools and community colleges to facilitate better qualified, in-home, child care providers, this training to be short-term and not replace or compete with the Early Childhood Education Program.
