THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario strongly support the splitting of pension credits and assets upon breakdown of marital relationships and encourages the Ontario Government to by amendment effect this change as top priority in 1985 to the Pension Benefits Act of Ontario.
