THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario strongly encourage the Government of Ontario to pass legislation requiring all companies to have policies on sexual harassment.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario strongly encourage the Government of Ontario to ensure the “sexual harassment” come under the Occupational Health and Safety Act as a “Workplace Hazard”
