THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to:
1. Develop a comprehensive integrated systems of long-term care designed to alleviate the present stresses for women because of the multiple roles required of them, especially their need to earn a living; and
2. Adequately fund such a system so that care givers may have a reasonable quality of life while assisting in the care of a loved one needing long-term care.
