THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to amend the Employment Standards Act to ensure that part-time workers receive the same protection, rights and benefits (on a pro-rated basis) as those provided to full-time workers.
