THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario strongly urge the Government of Ontario to immediately develop and implement legislation to ban the importation, renting, distributing, selling, copying, displaying and advertising of video tapes in which the major focus is violence with or without sexual connotations; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT on acceptance of this resolution, we telegraph it in its entirety to Premier Davis and Leaders of the Opposition Parties.
