THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to amend:
(1) The Ontario Human Rights Code to prohibit discrimination in matters relating to employment on grounds of physical handicap and
(2) Part X (Benefit Plans), S.34 of the Ontario Employment Standards Act to prohibit differentiation in benefits on grounds of physical handicap.
