THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Provincial Government under the Canadian Jobs Strategy to provide an additional financial incentive to employers willing to provide on-the-job training to and placement of women in non-traditional occupations.
