BE IT RESOLVED that the North Toronto Club request the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario to make representation to the Government of the Province of Ontario to amen section 4 of the Minimum Wage Act as follows;
“the Board, without written order, may grant permission to an employer to pay an employee who, became a physical or mental disability cannot produce an amount of work wage fixed by it lower than the minimum wage.”
