THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to amend Section 19 (3)(a and b) as follows:
(1) Clause 19 (3)(a) of the said Act should be repealed.
(2) Clause 19 (3)(b) of the said Act should be repealed and the following substituted therefore:
(b) one copy to be retained in the returning office where it shall be made available for inspection by any person, at any time, during the normal hours of the returning office.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Clubs of Ontario remove Resolution 1981 (Res 100.30.7) from the Resolutions Handbook.
