RESOLUTION:THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario encourage its members to write individual letters to the manufacturers of such products (as indicated above) and to the TV stations expressing disapproval of such advertising.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the CBC be commended via letters from Business and Professional Women’s Club members, for their policy of avoiding such distasteful advertising.
